Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to Canada and all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

How can I request a refund?

Returns and Exchanges are for the online store ONLY:
Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. If something isn’t quite right, please let us know.
We will gladly offer an exchange, whether it is for size, color or a different style.
If you’d prefer to return your purchase, we will gladly credit your credit card within 48 hours of receiving
the merchandise back in new condition with tags as originally sent…clean, unwashed and unworn. The
refund amount will be the original invoiced amount less shipping and handling allocated to the returned
item. Returned merchandise must be postmarked within seven days of receiving merchandise and will
be shipped at customer’s expense.

Do you offer gift-vouchers?

We do have Gift Certificates available for purchase in any increment. As of now, these can only be used for in-store purchases.

Can I use a merchandise credit or gift card online?

At this time we are not able to accept an in-store merchandise credit or gift certificate online.

My size is not available online. Will it be soon and is there anything I can do?

While there are some items that we carry season after season with minor design changes, a majority of our products are available in limited quantity. If it is an item you really want, we recommend you purchase it quickly! If a size or color is not listed, it means unfortunately, that we are sold out of that item.

What Payment Methods Are Available?

We accept cash and all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

We offer Free Gift Wrapping, please let us know when your order is placed.
